Thank God, my sister in Law is up in town taking care of my son and keeping an eye on my bed-ridden wife. Being put on bed-rest is not easy, and my wife’s sentence is surely wearing on her. This weekend I believe my mother in law will be coming up to stay indefinitely which will prove to be an infinite help. This family is great. They’re supportive without being critical. Evenhanded without being demanding. Involved without getting in the way. Perfect helpers, God bless them. My son is already showing the effects of some sort of renewed structure. The past couple of weeks had us running around so much that my son started acting up. Now, he’s back to his smiling, imaginative, occasionally moody, princess-loving self.
